Peace, clarity and wellbeing are your essence.
They exist at your very core.

Restoring Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Are you looking for ease and agency in your physical, mental and emotional well-being?
We all have an inner source of wisdom that guides us in our healing process - an organic unfolding that takes time.
Pain and stress do not mean that we are broken. They are our body’s way of telling us to do something different with our thoughts and actions.
I’m Maureen Elise Quinn-- I’m a Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Somatic Experience Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher.
Through deep listening, yogic science, bodywork, and holistic practices for self-care, I create a safe and gentle container for you to access what is already within: a clear path to a more healthy, grounded, connected, easeful and purposeful existence.
I do this by supporting your innate intelligence— by supporting the regulation your nervous system and creating the conditions for your own inner healer to emerge.
If you have an injury, back pain, neck pain, TMJ, anxiety, stress, headaches/migraines, sleep issues, digestive issues, trauma, or PTSD, you are in the right place.
If you feel like something is off or you just aren’t yourself, you are also in the right place.
Through a blend of science and intuition, I create space for your blood, lymph, oxygen, cerebrospinal fluid and life force to flow. This flow is the foundation of your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch, hands-on therapy that assists the central nervous system, enhancing your body’s natural ability to heal from pain, stress, injury and trauma. Deeply restorative, a typical session is marked by feelings of peace, clarity, and overall well-being. Find out how you can benefit.
Yoga is a practice to nurture your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Within each of us is a soft voice - an inner guidance that can be experienced as a feeling or a knowing. Unlike the mind, this inner voice does not convince, reason, or argue. It does not analyze or judge. It just is. When I teach yoga, I teach it as a healing modality.
The great Yogis have always known: a clear mind is your greatest asset. One of the most powerful limbs of yoga, meditation is another way to calm the nervous system and go deep into the very center of your being. It is a way to remember your connection to all things, a way to cultivate more patience, compassion, and emotional balance.
